The 2023 Decorators’ Show House and Gardens is presented by St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild. This year marks the 62nd anniversary of the annual event. Interior Designers and Landscape Architects are working to transform this elegant residence located in the beautiful historic Meridian Kessler neighborhood.

The property is highlighted by a lovely green arbor over the front door welcoming all who pass through its doors. This year the home is named “The Failey House.” It was owned by the Failey Family for 82 years and designed by Willard C. Olser. 

Touring the historic house will help St. Margaret’s Hospital Guild with its goal of raising $1 million dollars for the Eskenazi Health Behavioral Health Academy. Please join us in this year’s campaign of “Opening Doors to Better Mental Health.”

Mondays - Show House Closed

Last Show House Tours begin 1 hour prior to closing

Tuesdays - Fridays - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Saturdays - 10:00 am - 7:30 pm

Sundays - April 30th and May 7th - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Sunday - May 14th - Mother’s Day - 10:00 am - 5:30 pm

Tickets may be purchased at the door - credit cards only

Tickets sold at the door $35

Parking: Parking on neighboring streets/cross streets at the designated intersection

Admission to house: Honored throughout designated Show House Hours

Pace your visit: Guests follow predetermined tour of home

Social distancing: Capacity limited within the home to encourage social distancing

Tickets are non-refundable

Please note the home is not handicap accessible

No strollers will be allowed inside the Show House
